Two years after having shot her first portrait, I did a new session with Alba Armengou, the well known trumpet player and singer, usually performing with Joan Chamorro's Sant Andreu Jazz Band.

"Passeig per un somni". Exhibition in a monestry. /
I've just opened an exhibition on my project Passeig per un somni (a walk in a dream) in the magnificent Monestir de Sant Llorenç, a restored monestry from X century located in Guardiola de Berguedà, in the catalan Pyrenes.
The exhibition will remain open until October 28th.
"blau". New photo book /
multistudio BOOKS has just published blau, my new book with pictures shooted in a recent sailing trip through Aegean Sea.
blau (blue) is a collection of photographs of waves, trying to capture the essence of the sea, the sinuous shapes of waves in a symphony of blues.

I recently did the portrait of Clara Garriga, a wonderful violin player, who won the last Barcelona 2018 Violin Contest. Clara is also a member of the Young Catalan National Orchestra (JONC).

Almost achieving my MUSICIANS series and preparing a new book, I shot again the portraits of the Olmedo- Duynslaeger family, all of them very talented musicians and great friends.
Manel Valdivieso: new portrait for the "musicians" series /
Manel Valdivieso is the Artistic Director of the JONC (Young National Orchestra of Catalonia) since 2001.
He has directed the main Spanish orchestras such as the orchestras of La Coruña, Granada, Tenerife, Madrid (the National Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of Madrid, the orchestra of RTVE), as well as the orchestras of Bilbao, Castilla y León, Santiago de Compostela, Córdoba, Sevilla, Principado de Asturias, Balears, etc. He also has a successful operatic career, having made his debut among other places at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Teatro Real de Madrid, the National Opera of Korea (Seul), the Washington DC Opera with titles such as the Elisir d’Amore, il Barbiere di Siviglia, Carmen, Lucia di Lammermoor, Il Trittico, Madama Buterfly, Il Trovatore, Turandot, Tosca, The Turn of the Screw, and other operas.
He has recorded several record projects based on the work of contemporary composers for Harmonia Mundi, Naxos, TV3-Catalunya Música and Columna Música.
Within his recent activity we can highlight the programmes with the Symphony Orchestra of Frankfurt-Oder (BSOF-Germany), BOS (Orquesta Sinfónica de Bilbao), OFM (Orquesta Filharmónica de Málaga), OCG (Orquesta Ciudad de Granada), ORTVE and Chamber Orchestra of Geneva (Switzerland).
